Al-Alam Al-Kutub Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published quarterly by Thaqeef Publishing and Distribution. It was established in 1400 AH / 1980 CE and focuses on the book and its intellectual, cultural, and knowledge-related issues, as well as library and information studies, and issues of publishing and authorship.

The journal announces the resumption of its publication after a period of interruption, with the first issue of Volume 42 scheduled for January 2026 / Rajab 1447 AH, God willing. On this occasion, the journal invites researchers and academics to contribute their scholarly works for publication, Noting that all submissions will undergo rigorous peer review under the supervision of a specialized academic editorial board.
