The conference reviewed (31) scholarly papers and applied experiences that focused on the utilization of artificial intelligence technologies to support scientific research, develop digital skills, and enhance Arabic cultural and knowledge content. The topics addressed were diverse, encompassing the ethics of artificial intelligence, smart libraries, cultural diplomacy, mobile libraries, and digital transformation within cultural institutions. Additionally, there were initiatives aimed at teaching children the safe use of artificial intelligence and applied experiences that involved smart chatbots and digital information services. The conference further highlighted the importance of partnerships between the public and private sectors in supporting cultural development. It witnessed broad participation from academics, specialists, and leaders in the library and information sector. The event concluded with the issuance of (19) scientific recommendations emphasizing the need to develop digital infrastructure, strengthen training on artificial intelligence tools, and adopt intelligent models for library services. Furthermore, it stresses the importance of ethical use and equitable access to knowledge to support Egyptian cultural identity and soft power in the digital age.
